Alaskan King Crab: I missed you!

I went to Vancouver a couple of times the past year, and I must say... Vancouver hasn't changed since 2006 when I was there. The city is beautiful, and the options of restaurants are endless.

The most memorable meal I had was having the FRESH & LIVE 9 lbs. Alaskan King Crab, cooked in 4 different styles. I wish they have FRESH & LIVE Alaskan King Crabs in Boston... I guess, this gives me yet another reason... to visit Canada when it's Alaskan King Crab season.

*9 lbs. LIVE Alaskan King Crab ~CA$150
We had to order the Alaskan King Crab in advance due to the high season of Alaskan King Crabs in Vancouver.

*Garlic Steamed Alaskan King Crab
There are no words to describe how fresh, how mouth-watering and how delicious this was.

*Scallion & Ginger Stir Fried Alaskan King Crab
This actually over-powered the sweetness of the meat, but it was still really tasty.

*HK Style, Alaskan King Crab E-Mein Noodles
The noodle itself was pretty good, however, I wish they had more crab meats in it... hahahaa!

On a side note, I FINALLY FOUND this coconut butter spread that they have from Infusions Tea in Brighton. It tastes exactly the same, and I'm pretty sure it is the same brand as well. This was definitely an extra bonus from my Vancouver trip. I can't believe I wasn't able to find this in Taiwan, back in 2008.

*Spread the Coconut Butter onto a slice of bread, and toast until golden brown. YUMMY-LICIOUSNESS!
