Sel de la Terre: Rustic country fare of Provence & surrounding Southern France

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile, and finally, the chance came around. I read many reviews, and this restaurant did not disappoint me. I have always loved French food, since the time I was visiting Old Quebec City with my family. Their raw oysters and their Truffled Mac & Cheese were to die for.

Oyster Tasting
*these were so fresh, I think I ate a whole dozen myself

Maine Crabcakes
*these were good, but only if they had more sauce to dip it into

Skillet roasted duck breast with Apple Street Farm market vegetables, pommes puree, and beet-cherry reduction
*the duck was made to perfection!

Lamb with Mashed Potato
*I'm not a big fan of lamb, but my mom raved about how delicious and not gamy it was

Grilled Black Angus Ribeye steak frites, red wine-shallot reduction
*juicy and tender, I want some more...

Truffled macaroni and cheese
5 more of these, please!!!

*had better, but it was still decent

Enjoy life, eat well.
